Sometimes it helps to be in the right place at the right time with the right equipment.
Though I was not on a Snipe hunt, I did find this little guy on a farm road between two fields.
He was extremely patient as I got my camera and came out of the truck to film him.
I guess this is why people go out at night to search for snipe.
They do exist and they are extremely docile.
