Yes, while Raleigh has been deluged with near perpetual monsoons at least once a
week for the last three years there remain windows of opportunity to complete
exterior repairs when a short break of dry, warmish weather arrives.

This soffit and fascia needed some attention last December during a nearly week long
dry spell which was just enough time to rip open and replace the damaged 2×6 rafter cap,
3/4 trim fascia, box in the underside and undercoat the whole business with
primer before the monsoons returned.(Just barely!)

Run between the raindrops and “get er done!”
